Mr. L. M Berty Douglas (Managing Director)

Mr. Berty Douglas is the Managing Director from the inception of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Berty Douglas has over 35 years of experience in leadership roles and delivery management in the industry both locally and internationally leading multi-disciplinary teams of varied cultural environments, and has held several responsible positions in multinational companies.

Mr. Douglas holds an engineering degree specializing in chemicals from the University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka.

Mr. Prasanna De Silva (Director)

Mr. Prasanna De Silva has over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry and he is an experienced leader in the Engineering and Design aspect of Carlton Packaging.

Mr. Prasanna De Silva has been a Director of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging from its inception. Mr. Prasanna De Silva holds an Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa. Mr. Prasanna currently serves as Director of Smart Trading Asia (Pvt) Ltd, Rainbow Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, and Silva Accessories (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr. R. P Halwathura (Director)

Mr. Rohana Halwathura has served as a Director of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging from its inception He has over 25 years of experience in the industry and his knowledge of new technologies enables him to present a greater value to customers.

Mr. Halwathura holds an Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa. He currently holds Director Positions in Smart Trading Asia (Pvt) Ltd and Rainbow Packaging (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr. L. M Angelo Desmond (Director/ General Manager)

Mr. Angelo Desmond holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honors from RMIT University Australia & Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Colombo.

He is pragmatic and confident in Engineering design, and project management and can conceptualize what is required and predict outcomes, thus providing maximum value to clients.

Before his current role, Mr. Angelo served as a Mechanical Engineer for OGP Group Australia, which is one of the leading consultation companies in the oil & gas sector, managing medium to large-scale projects.

Introducing Mr. Ruwan Sasalanka Kamalarathne, a highly qualified professional with an impressive list of qualifications. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, the Certified Management Accountant of Sri Lanka, and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Associate Member of the Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and the Institute of Management Sri Lanka.

Alongside his professional achievements, Mr. Kamalarathne also possesses strong academic qualifications. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) degree with honors from the University of Kelaniya,

Capt. Lokuge currently Heads the Human Resources Department of Lenzing Lanka Group (Pvt) Ltd. He joined the company in 2016.

He has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and labor laws and industrial relations with over 12 years of experience in Human Resources and 24 years of experience in administration. He has also served in defense services as a commissioned officer for 12 years. In that period he has undergone overseas assignments as well.
