Role Description
Position title : Recruitment Officer
This is a full-time, on-site position at Lenzing Lanka Group in Minuwangoda. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to planning, research, and communication.
Qualifications
Certificate level in HRM or related field.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask & work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is preferred.
Position title : HR Executive
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an HR Executive in the Gampaha District. The HR Executive will be responsible for planning, research, and communication. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting research, coordinating communication activities, driving initiatives, and supporting HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle (Job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, training, and documentation.
Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
Degree in Business Administration / Management
Professional HR qualifications such as:
IPM Sri Lanka (CHRM / DHRM)
CIPM / HRCI (international)
NVQ Level 5/6 in HR (where applicable)
Experience in recruitment, payroll support, or HR administration is an advantage
2 years of experience for junior HR Executive roles
Internship or trainee HR experience is often accepted for entry-level roles
