Role Description

Position title : Group Financial Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Finance Manager at Lenzing Lanka Group located in Minuwangoda. The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also be actively involved in financial planning and strategy development.

Qualifications

• A Professional Membership in Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

• A Minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity.

• Proven experience in an ERP environment and familiarity with the Peachtree Accounting System would be a definite advantage.

• Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management skills

• Experience in financial planning and strategy development

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized University. (MBA will be an added qualification)

• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
